AireSpring, a global provider of managed connectivity, network security and communications solutions, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
Founded in 2001, AireSpring began as a voice and long-distance provider offering service and support to mid-market and enterprise customers. Though AireSpring’s technology portfolio has evolved over the last quarter-century, from voice to cloud communications, global connectivity, cybersecurity and managed IT, company officials emphasized that the core of the business has remained the same.
“Our service offerings have evolved continuously over the last 25 years because technology never stands still, but our DNA hasn’t changed.” said Avi Lonstein, CEO. “We were founded on the premise of differentiating through elevated service and support, and that’s still who we are today—people first, customers first and always accountability. That mindset is what has allowed us to grow from humble roots into a global managed services provider laser focused on delivering the highest levels of customer and partner satisfaction in the industry.”
From its launch, AireSpring also has been a 100 percent channel-exclusive provider, allowing the company to “build deep, trusted relationships with partners, helping them compete, grow and serve customers with confidence and without fear of channel conflict,” the company said.
Key moments in AireSpring’s history include the development of QuoteSpring, its real-time online quoting tool in 2004; DAX, a proprietary cloud-based order and process management platform; the build-out of its VoIP network in 2006; the introduction of the AirePBX Cloud Hosted IP PBX solution in 2011; and the expansion of its global footprint in 2020.
In 2023, AireSpring released a customer-facing view of the proprietary tools that its internal teams had been using for more than two decades, resulting in the release of AIreCONTROL, its AI-powered IT service management platform.
