Allied Telecom recently appointed talented veterans in key leadership roles across operations, sales and finance to propel the continued growth of the company.
Each of these strategic hires will be instrumental in ensuring the continued delivery of best-in-class service and client experience while supporting Allied’s 2019 expansion plans as a “next generation” communications provider.
Ricardo Brooks has been appointed chief operating officer to guide strategic initiatives that support Allied’s ongoing market expansion while navigating the company towards its operational and cultural goals.
Another operational addition to the team includes Marc Moscatello, who joins Allied as director of service delivery. Marc is responsible for leading the order fulfillment lifecycle, including oversight of project planning, network design, voice and data product provisioning, engineering, and technician installation.
To lead process improvement in revenue ops, billing, and collections, Allied has brought on Diane Horner as senior manager of revenue operations.
Additionally, Ken Ferro has been named director of indirect sales, responsible for growing channel partner and wholesale relationships to help drive Allied’s expansion initiative throughout the MidAtlantic and Northeast Regions.
