ANPI has launched the ANPI VIP Receptionist, a receptionist console that can be sold with the company’s hosted unified communications suite.
ANPI VIP Receptionist is a hosted client for use by receptionists and operators who manage and screen inbound calls. They can monitor users and handle calls while accessing critical line information, in real time.
“ANPI VIP is all about providing sophisticated, industry-leading productivity tools that are surprisingly easy to use,” said ANPI COO/CTO Ram Narayanaswamy. “ANPI VIP Receptionist gives gatekeepers a way to manage hundreds of incoming calls through an intuitive Web-based client. The features are integrated seamlessly into our solution and it isl easily managed in our customer administration portal.”
ANPI VIP Receptionist, available to channel partners, provides users the ability to monitor user line status for over 200 users. The enterprise-wide view gives visibility across multiple locations while providing a single access point, and it gives users the ability to configure speed-dial lists, call forwarding always and more.
