ANPI has launched its Hosted Communications and Services suite, a solution that ANPI has made available in a private- and white-label model for carriers looking to take turn-key business communications applications to customers both in- and out-of-territory.
The offering was developed to be a comprehensive, holistic offering that extends beyond basic softswitch services, the company said.
“Companies need a partner that provides a true end-to-end solution that assists with go-to market planning, enables both online and direct sales initiatives, manages provisioning, ensures accurate billing and conducts trouble reporting and monitoring,” said ANPI CEO Dave Lewis. “Combining all of these elements into one solution results in a high level of customer satisfaction, while saving the provider the time and effort of sourcing and managing disparate systems. [It also helps avoid] an increased burden on personnel and infrastructure.”
The ANPI solution encompasses a hosted unified communications (UC) platform with the voice and feature capabilities of a traditional PBX, unified messaging, collaboration tools, mobility and business continuity to prevent service disruptions. It also offers IT services such as Website development, Website hosting, and offsite data storage and back up. Carriers can thus package up a complete solution with customized branding, with the goal of improving customer retention and customer acquisition.
The ANPI hosted solution also can include a branded customer portal to support account administration, customized billing options and customer service.
“ANPI significantly invested in staff, systems and hosted infrastructure in order to bring a best-in-class hosted service suite to the carrier community,” Lewis added. “Our mission has always been to leverage the collective power of service providers and bring solutions to the community that ensure their most successful and profitable days are in front of them, not behind them. The hosted market is a multi-billion dollar marketplace with a tremendous growth profile, and with ANPI’s unfolding suite of hosted solutions, together we are well positioned to realize the opportunities attendant to this growing and vibrant marketplace.”
The offering can be used for Centrex replacement, and supports the UC concepts of anywhere, anytime, anyway and any network. For companies with enterprise mobility needs, it supports Apple, Android and BlackBerry mobile devices, as well as IP-enabled phones from Polycom and Cisco.
“Hosted communications and hosted services allow carriers and resellers to provide in-demand products and services with higher margins,” said Randy Lemmo, executive vice president of carrier solutions for ANPI. “By delivering a hosted solution, service providers can future-proof the technology needs of their customers and do so at a low, fixed monthly cost.”
