AppDirect, a B2B subscription commerce platform, has acquired NXTSYS Consulting, an MSP-focused technology solutions distributor (TSD). The move is intended to extend AppDirect’s “commitment to the channel ecosystem and deepens its ability to meet and exceed the evolving needs of MSPs across North America,” the company said.
Founded 17 years ago, NXTSYS has built its partner community in part by leveraging AppDirect’s catalog and platform. Now, as an integrated part of AppDirect, NXTSYS growth opportunities for MSPs are expected to accelerate by tapping into the AppDirect’s expanded suite of innovations including the Devs.ai agentic AI platform, Firstbase IT Asset management platform, and AppDirect’s reseller store, officials said.
