The seamless integration of Atera’s intuitive IT management platform and Bitdefender’s GravityZone Cloud MSP Security ensures customer networks and all remote home offices environments are fully protected.
Atera’s all-in-one product combines remote monitoring and management with helpdesk, reporting and operations management in a single system. Atera’s remote-first platform enables MSPs and IT professionals to shift from reactive task takers to proactive problem solvers. Integrating with Bitdefender will allow MSPs to fully streamline security management for customers so that MSPs are immediately alerted to threats for the devices that are installed through the Bitdefender agent. MSPs will be able to quickly activate the Bitdefender Cloud Security suite and any additional add-ons directly through Atera. The Suite offers content control, web filtering, firewall services, device control; along with disk encryption, endpoint detection and response and advanced threat security detection with all alerts managed through the Atera dashboard.
