AvePoint, a provider of data security, governance and resilience services, has updated its Global Partner Program. The new point-based system is designed to create a supportive ecosystem that rewards participation, tracks performance and equips partners with resources, the company said.
The enhanced program is intended to help partners assist clients with data security and governance needs as they pursue AI readiness and maintain compliance across multicloud environments. By focusing on engagement metrics rather than just revenue, officials believe the program will create more predictable and sustainable pathways to partner profitability.
“Today’s channel landscape demands a more flexible approach that recognizes the diverse ways partners create value,” said Scott Sacket, SVP of partner strategy. “Our new points-based program acknowledges that successful partnerships are built on competency development, pre-sales engagement and customer success in critical areas like data security. By rewarding these activities, we’re creating a framework that helps our partners transition to high-value service offerings while strengthening customer relationships.”
Under the new structure, partners advance through tiers based on engagement and expertise in addition to resale revenue. The program offers expanded access to technical resources, certifications and sales tools, and higher-tier partners gain access to “white glove benefits designed to deepen their relationship with AvePoint,” the company said.
Business development assistance includes lead-sharing, co-sell support, business investment funds and “dedicated solution engineering resources.” In addition, partners can earn official certifications, speaking engagements and other opportunities to showcase their expertise and customer successes.
