Global cybersecurity provider Bitdefender updated its Partner Advantage Network, which includes its Reselling Channel Partner Program and MSP Partner Program. The updates are designed to maximize revenue opportunity, streamline partner engagement and strengthen support for the channel and MSP community.
The update introduces a new platinum tier, while expanding advanced security solutions access through the Not-for-Resale (NFR) program. It also simplifies the deal registration process.

- Expanded NFR program with MDR access for MSPs – This provides partners with access to its full suite of security solutions, including XDR, empowering them to deepen their product expertise and showcase real-world value through deep-level customer demos. NFR device allocation is also now tier-based, promoting equitable distribution while maximizing benefits across partner levels in the reselling and MSP programs.
- Streamlined deal registration process for channel resellers – The streamlined deal registration workflow reduces administrative overhead and shortens sales cycles. The new system eliminates the requirement to input detailed product configurations at the time of registration, and no longer requires re-approval if deal elements change.
