CallTower, a provider of UC, contact center and collaboration solutions, has expanded its partnership with cloud software developer Tollring to bring next-generation, compliance call recording and AI-enabled conversation intelligence to customers across more than 80 countries.
The Microsoft-certified compliance call recording solution builds on Tollring’s Analytics 365 Call Analytics to enhance CallTower’s Microsoft Teams portfolio. CallTower customers now gain unified access to advanced call and conversation analytics to improve insight into customer interactions, team performance and compliance, officials said.
The solution is intended for sectors with complex compliance needs, including health care, finance, manufacturing, retail, legal services, insurance and government.
“We initially partnered with Tollring to deliver advanced call analytics, and as customer demand for compliance recording and AI-powered analytics grew, expanding the relationship was a natural next step,” said William Rubio, chief revenue officer at CallTower. “Importantly, compliance is a major requirement for many of our customers, especially those in secure and highly regulated environments. Tollring’s security credentials and global compliance capabilities mean we can confidently support these requirements.”
Tollring has also worked closely with CallTower to support its go-to-market distribution channel, “delivering tailored packages, incentives, demo environments and extended trial periods, enabling partners to showcase the full value to end users,” Rubio said.
“We are delighted to be part of CallTower’s best-of-breed ecosystem,” said Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring. “By focusing on business outcomes rather than product features alone, our two companies can empower organizations to transform conversations into intelligence, boost productivity and achieve measurable growth.”
