Channelscaler, a platform provider that combines AI-powered partner relationship management (PRM) and partner program automation in one modular solution, has released new modules designed to enhance partner engagement, improve retention and drive revenue growth.

New platform modules include lead distribution management to automate lead routing, reduce manual errors and improve lead-to-deal conversion. In addition, an enhanced partner locator includes a partner solutions marketplace and is designed to make it easier for customers to find and connect with partners. The platform also offers upgraded partner application management to register, onboard and manage new partner agreements, the company said.
New AI-powered capabilities include document intelligence designed to accelerate incentive approvals by automatically validating proof-of-performance submissions, and an AI Deal Registration Agent is intended to help partner managers who review and action deal registration requests by increasing speed and accuracy.
AI capabilities that are forthcoming include a ChannelBot to help partners navigate processes, a program Smart Designer with AI prompts and what-if modeling, and module-specific agents that will provide step-by-step support for workflows such as market development fund claims, incentive submissions and business planning, the company said.
