Comtrend unveiled today the VR-3063, an all-in-one, AC2200 dual-band wireless gateway with integrated A/VDSL2, gigabit Ethernet WAN and an SFP port for wide deployment versatility.
The VR-3063’s SFP port simplifies inventory management for service providers and enables easy deployment transitions to fiber, active Ethernet, G.Fast, and more. Service providers can insert the SFP module of their choice, rather than having to purchase a separate gateway for each connection type.

The VR-3063 is a TR-069-enabled VDSL2 Gateway with ASDL2+ fallback with a Gigabit Ethernet WAN and four additional Gigabit Ethernet ports. It boasts AC2200 dual-band Wireless with High-Power 400mW coverage, dynamic digital beamforming, and smart antenna technology for enhanced WiFi coverage and speed. The VR-3063 will feature Comtrend’s HARMONY technology, an integrated Whole-Home Wireless solution, in Q2, 2018.
