Connexum Adds Larry Messinger as Sales VP

GAWK subsidiary, Connexum, has hired Larry Messinger as vice president of sales. Messinger will play a key role in organic national sales strategies, including retail marketing and the company’s agent channel.

GAWK’s expansion plan is quickly becoming a subject of great interest in our arena,” Messinger said, “and I’m delighted to become part of an outstanding management team.”

The acquisition of Connexum brings the company’s annual revenue up from $2 million to just under $6 million. GAWK reported in its latest quarterly report on December 17, 2015, that year to date revenue was significantly higher, up 1,089%, for the first nine months of 2015, over the same period in 2014.

Messinger, a graduate of California State University, previously was vice president, Sales and Vendor Operations, at Unique Marketing Concepts for nearly six years, where he increased company revenue by 25%. He also was vice president, Sales & Marketing, at Varinet Technologies Group for three and a half years, ad before that held various positions at Trisun Communications, Inexcom and Energy Distribution.
