Console Connect, a NaaS platform provider, hired Eric Cheng as VP of MSP and system integrator partnerships.
Cheng – an accomplished ICT manager with experience in sales, product, network and operations management – will oversee Console Connect’s PartnerConnect reseller program and work alongside global MSPs, channel partners, resellers and TSDs to identify new opportunities with NaaS.
Cheng comes to Console Connect with a background of bringing new products and services to market, IT management, network planning and engineering, client relationship management, customer service, revenue creation, cost improvement and profit/loss management. Most recently, he served as the regional director for APAC with Cato Networks, and previously held sales and product management positions with telcos such as Superloop and Telstra.
