Consolidated Communications Upgrades Back Office with Netcracker

Consolidated Communications has gone live with an upgraded Netcracker Service Order and Resource Management solution. The additional functionality includes an access service request integration module, which will help Consolidated Communications automate the assignment of tasks.

Consolidated Communications provides advanced communications solutions to residential and business customers across its fiber-rich network, which extends across an 11-state service area.
