Crayon Becomes Zendesk Global Distribution Partner

IT services firm Crayon has been appointed a global distribution partner of Zendesk, which specializes in AI-powered customer service. The partnership will give Crayon partners and customers across more than 70 countries access to CX technologies, services and enablement, Crayon officials said.

“This is a landmark agreement for Crayon and a natural evolution of our mission to bring best-in-class technology to our partners and customers globally,” said Gudmundur Adalsteinsson, chief partner and sales officer at SoftwareOne, which recently merged with Crayon. “Customer experience is a core driver of digitalization, and by aligning with Zendesk, we’re ensuring that businesses from startups to global enterprises have access to the right tools to deliver exceptional service.”

The agreement enables Crayon to offer Zendesk’s full suite of service and support products, including Zendesk Support, Chat, Talk, Guide and AI-powered automation tools.

Crayon will provide tailored onboarding, technical support, training and commercial enablement for resellers and MSPs to ensure Zendesk’s CX platform is fully integrated into local market ecosystems with speed and scale, officials said.
