Crexendo – a provider of cloud communication platforms and services, video collaboration and managed IT services for enterprise-class cloud solutions – announced that its cloud communication platform now supports over 4.5 million end users, worldwide. In this case, users are defined as UCaaS application user seats, including individual licenses and conference bridge, call queue and SIP trunk applications.
Crexendo noted that, upon acquiring NetSapiens in June 2021, its platform had approximately 1.7 million users.
Subscribers come from additional new licensees of the NetSapiens platform, combined with strong growth from its existing base of over 220 licensees.
