DCI Design Communications will acquire the assets and operations of EthoStream from Telkonet. The combined entity will serve over 2,500 properties and provide a full managed service offering in voice and data to more than 500,000 hotel rooms.
Peterson Partners made a follow-on investment to fund the acquisition.
