Expereo, Cato Networks Collaborate to Offer Networking/Security Solution

Expereo, a managed network as a service (NaaS) provider, is collaborating with SASE provider Cato Networks to offer a single-source, end-to-end networking and security solution for medium to large multinational enterprises. The partnership is intended to unite the companies’ expertise in underlay and overlay technologies to create a one-stop-shop for organizations looking to upgrade to a modern, secure, cloud-native network architecture, officials said.

Cato has a global backbone and more than 85 points of presence, while Expereo has partners in more than 190 countries. The roadmap to a digital-first experience is delivered via Expereo’s expereoOne platform offering enterprises control, real-time visibility and continuous validation of underlay and overlay network performance as well as their security and cloud environments, officials said.

In addition, direct on-ramps from Expereo’s underlay to Cato’s global private backbone are expected to offer lower latency, high reliability and a smooth cloud and application experience, officials said.

“This collaboration is about eliminating complexity. Together with Cato, we’re removing the need for multiple vendors and fragmented solutions,” said Noel Hamill, CMO of Expereo. “Enterprises can now move faster, scale smarter and operate more securely, with one platform and one global partner.”

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Expereo,” said Jason Pender, AVP of global service providers at Cato Networks. “Our combined capabilities offer a disruptive alternative to legacy MPLS and multi-vendor chaos. This is the future of secure enterprise networking—simple and global.”
