FirstComm, a provider of advanced communication and managed technology services, has hired David Battaglia as VP of customer experience (CX). The move is part of the company’s continuing investment to elevate CX, accelerate operational innovation and support its long-term growth strategy, officials said.
Battaglia has executive leadership experience across telecom, cloud and SaaS organizations. In his career, he’s led global teams across North America, EMEA and APAC, steering large-scale modernization initiatives, operational improvements and organizational change, the company said.
