Freshworks Lauded for Freshservice ITSM Tool

Freshworks was named the “only challenger” for IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, according to Gartner’s 2021 “Magic Quadrant,” among 11 companies.

“Freshworks has emerged as a Challenger as we see our customers adopt solutions that are modern, and built with the user in mind,” said Prakash Ramamurthy, the Chief Product Officer of Freshworks. “Freshservice is an intelligent ITSM platform that helps our customers improve IT operations and delight their employees while driving overall business results.”

According to Freshworks’ “Freshservice Service Management Benchmark Report 2021,” the ITSM software saw a 93 percent ticket-resolution rate within the stated organizational service level agreement (SLA).
