Gigamon, the network-monitoring pioneer, has tapped Scott Sullivan as vice president of worldwide channel sales.
Sullivan will be tasked with developing the company’s channel strategy, working closely with distributors and partners to identify growth opportunities. Gigamon, which has 200 partners around the world, sells software and associated hardware for improving network traffic visibility, including the Visibility Fabric architecture, which is capable of monitoring traffic from devices and applications, across physical, virtual and SDN environments, as well as public and private clouds.
Sullivan was previously senior vice president of worldwide sales, channels and alliances at VSS Monitoring.He also has held senior leadership positions at Jupiter Systems, Intera Group and Vidsoft.
