Global Capacity has added Vic Pierni to its executive leadership team as its CFO. Pierni is responsible for the company’s financial, administrative and human resources activities.

Pierni brings more than 25 years of financial management and M&A experience within the software, high technology and financial advisory sectors. Prior to Global Capacity, he was EVP and CFO at Verivo Software, an enterprise mobile application platform provider. While at Verivo, Pierni was instrumental in developing the company’s finance and administrative functions to support annual business growth. Mr. Pierni has also held senior positions at Macgregor Group, Inc. and KPMG.
