Google Approves Global Capacity’s One Marketplace for Cloud

Global Capacity‘s One Marketplace platform has been approved as a Google Cloud Interconnect service provider to provide business customers with direct connectivity to Google Cloud Platform.

Under the Google Cloud Interconnect (GCI) program, enterprises take advantage of One Marketplace and its Network Builder application to design, price and order data connectivity between business locations and Google Cloud Platform locations. It features real-time network pricing and ordering, with end-to-end delivery of private Ethernet connectivity and IP services.

“Google approved One Marketplace as part of a small group of Google Cloud Interconnect service providers, underscoring the innovation Global Capacity and One Marketplace have brought to the data connectivity and cloud market,” said Ben Edmond, chief revenue officer of Global Capacity. “Global Capacity will continue to transform the process of consuming network connectivity in support for Google’s continued innovation in the market.”

One Marketplace’s direct Ethernet interconnection can be used to access any Google Cloud Platform service including Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage and Google BigQuery to create anything from websites to complex applications. One Marketplace provides guaranteed bandwidth and offers connections from 1Mb up to 10Gig to enable developers and enterprises to build, test and deploy applications on Google’s infrastructure.
