Google Cloud Hires SAP Cloud Chief

Google Cloud has announced that Robert Enslin will lead all customer-facing operations moving forward. He will serve as president of Google Cloud’s global customer operations.

Enslin previously oversaw SAP’s cloud business, where he was in charge of developing and delivering the company’s cloud applications and services including SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Customer Experience, SAPSuccessFactors and Qualtrics.

He will replace Paul-Henri Ferrand, who will take on a new role at Google. That role has not yet been announced.

Enslin will report directly to Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian.
