GoTo Integrates SentinelOne EDR Into LogMeIn Resolve

GoTo, a cloud communications and IT company, has integrated the SentinelOne Singularity Platform for endpoint detection and response (EDR) directly into LogMeIn Resolve. The integration provides MSPs and IT departments with access to unified, AI-powered security capabilities to monitor, analyze and respond to threats directly within the Resolve console, the company said.

The integration includes accelerated threat detection from ransomware, file-based attacks and zero-day vulnerabilities, with actionable details in Resolve. It offers continuous monitoring, with alerts highlighted in a single pane view alongside agents’ day-to-day endpoint management workflows, along with real time response to incidents. Investigations are supported by advanced forensics with granular logs, telemetry and root cause analysis, the company said.

“Security is non-negotiable in today’s IT landscape, and effective incident response relies on tools that deliver both speed and clarity,” said Joseph George, GM of the IT Solutions Group at GoTo. “Our integration with SentinelOne’s EDR streamlines the response process and provides businesses and MSPs with the unified, actionable insights and automation they need to stay ahead of modern threats, all within the LogMeIn Resolve environment.”
