Value-added distributor Graybar has announced several changes to its leadership team and board of directors.
Richard A. Cole, who currently serves as Chicago district vice president and as a member of Graybar’s Board of Directors, will retire on October 1 after 42 years with the company. He will also step down from his role as a director at that time.
William P. Mansfield has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors and appointed senior vice president of sales and marketing, effective April 1. Mansfield has worked for Graybar for more than 26 years and currently serves as vice president of marketing.
Steven M. Stone has been appointed district vice president in Chicago, effective October 1. Stone currently serves as vice president ofsales at Graybar’s corporate headquarters and has been with the company for more than 15 years.
Thomas G. Pratt has been named district vice president in Minneapolis, effective July 1. Pratt will replace G. William Keller, who will be retiring after 40 years with the company. Pratt is a 24-year Graybar veteran who currently serves as director of electrical sales in the company’s Chicago district.

It has truly been a privilege to work with him,” said Kathleen Mazzarella, Graybar’s chairman, president and CEO. “We also thank Bill Keller for his dedication and many years of service to Graybar. Both Dick and Bill have earned the admiration and respect of our company and our industry, and we wish them all the best as they retire later this year.”
