GTT Unveils AI-Powered Configure-to-Order Capabilities for Channel Quoting

GTT Communications, a networking and security-as-a-service provider for multinational organizations, has released new capabilities in GTT EnvisionDX to improve the channel partner experience. GTT EnvisionDX consolidates global connectivity, security and managed services into a single orchestration portal. Based on feedback from technology solution distributors (TSDs), GTT’s new channel partner interface offers streamlined, real-time configure-to-order capabilities with AI-powered data validation and automation, the company said.

The new GTT EnvisionDX is designed to address many of the challenges partners face during the quoting process, including incomplete data, lack of visibility of options by site and limited quote status, officials said.

“The new GTT EnvisionDX is what our trusted advisors (TAs) have been asking for to eliminate slow and manual quoting processes which, across the industry, can take weeks,” said Allison Hammond, VP of operations at Avant. “The ability to generate accurate quotes in real time eliminates one of the biggest obstacles to closing new business and allows us to serve customers more efficiently.”

GTT is designed to empower channel partners with multiple transaction routes to avert blocked accounts and support co-selling with clear commissions structure. Partners benefit from direct access to senior leadership, direct influence on product roadmaps, rapid commission resolution and other benefits, the company said.

Among the key features of GTT EnvisionDX are self-service configuration, on-demand quoting and ordering, which are intended to enable channel partners to generate accurate quotes for single- or multi-site deployments with immediate pricing and efficient processing. In addition, GenAI-powered address validation offers accurate, multi-site location information in real time, officials said.

The platform provides a unified experience across the channel ecosystem including visibility layers that enable collaboration between advisors, partners and GTT’s operational team. Flexible collaboration enables TSDs and TAs to manage quotes and orders directly, while choosing when additional support from GTT is required, the company said.

Additionally, the GTT EnvisionDX channel partner experience includes creation of new networks and addition of new sites to existing networks; secure access from anywhere via Active Directory, secure SSO, Bring Your Own Identity and two-factor authentication; enhanced site visibility; and an API-first design that enables partners to embed GTT EnvisionDX features in their own tools.
