Integrated Financial Technologies (IFT), which provides outsourced business processing solutions, launched its smartsourcing-as-a-service program (SSaaS) for MSPs and channel partners.
This white-label service typically generates margins of up to 18 percent for partners, creating incremental revenue streams for channel partners while adding value for end-user companies.
Smartsourcing integrates skilled, North American agents and technology to extend a solution to manage front- and back-office tasks, including customer service, inside sales, collections and other support functions. The service can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, and is available as a branded white-label service.
Smartsourcing is a cost-effective solution that adds the “stickiness” that partners are seeking to reinforce their customer relationships. In addition, smartsourcing can address multiple vertical markets, including financial services, state/local government and healthcare, among others. Smartsourcing can be implemented on either a short-term project basis or as a long-term contract.
