Luware, a provider of CX solutions built natively on Microsoft Teams, announced the opening of its first U.S. office. Luware has appointed Larry Robinson as head of U.S. sales to run the office, which is based in New York City. Robinson is building a direct and channel sales team with an eye for “a channel-first approach,” said the company, catering to enterprises with a Microsoft-centric strategy.
Robinson has more than 20 years of leadership in the unified communications, information technology and cloud services industries. He has held management and strategic positions at LightPath, Data Storage Corporation, Intrado, and Arelion, among others.
