Jim Glackin will serve as Masergy’s new senior vice president of global channel.
Glackin comes to Masergy from CenturyLink, where he served as vice president of strategic partners for more than two years, as well as vice president of channel alliances. Glackin also worked at Qwest, which was acquired by CenturyLink in 2010, in addition to AT&T.
Under the direction of Glackin, Masergy will continue to scale their partner program to increase earnings and enhance joint marketing strategies. The company is also planning a program refresh.
