Business communications firm Mitel introduced its new global partner experience, which is designed to empower partners to grow alongside Mitel as it accelerates its hybrid communications strategy. The program unifies the Mitel and Unify partner ecosystems under a single, modern framework backed by streamlined tools, harmonized incentives and integrated systems.
The move comes as Mitel makes a series of strategic investments to support partners in engaging, selling and growing, driven by customer need to reduce the complexity of managing and controlling emerging technology adoption.
Mitel will specifically offer improved tools, marketing resources and demand-generation programs to enhance partner and sales enablement, and deepen customer engagement.
