Netmore Announces New Key Hires

Global IoT network operator Netmore Group added several experts to its team, part of a bid to continue driving innovation, enabling scalable IoT deployments and meeting connected device demands, worldwide. The leaders bring expertise in strategy, business development and technology.

The additions include Frederik Oliver as VP and head of growth and business development). Oliver joins Netmore following three years with Everynet, where he served as COO and CEO, and played a role in scaling operations and leading the company through its acquisition by Netmore in 2024. He was also an associate partner with OC&C Strategy Consultants. With his expertise in strategy and partnerships, Oliver will oversee initiatives to maximize the commercial potential of Netmore’s networks and drive innovative delivery models across key verticals. 

Helena Sanneblad was named head of development, a position through which she will lead the international team in advancing IoT solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance and sustainability. Sanneblad brings 20+ years of software leadership experience, including work with Navico Group, Volvo Cars, Kognic and NetEnt. 

Netmore also designated Paolo Mangano as head of product management. Manganois a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IoT and telecom. At companies such as Jobrapido, BeMyEye and Bouygues Telecom, he oversaw development of scalable IoT infrastructureand advanced Industry 4.0 solutions. 

Netmore also named Antonio Terlizzi as country manager, Italy and VP, southeast Europe. Terlizzi previously served as SVP for Everynet, where he led the expansion of LoRaWAN-based IoT networks across Europe and other global markets. He also held senior leadership roles with Siemens/Gigaset. 

Finally, Gustavo Zariffe was appointed country manager, Brazil and South America VP. Zariffe has leadership experience in IoT and telecommunications, and formerly served as country manager for Brazil with Everynet. Additionally, with Oi, he managed the innovation program to drive partnerships with startups and work with projects such as the 4G RAN sharing initiative. Over the years, he has also held leadership roles in business management, strategic planning and process coordination, with expertise spanning IT, WiFi and retail. 

Looking ahead, Netmore plans to focus on accelerating global strategy by expanding network infrastructure, cultivating impactful partnerships and driving innovation to address increasing IoT connectivity demand.
