NHC Awarded Four ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Awards for 2024

THE Communications Stack Provider Stacks Up Well Against the Competition

JUNE 11, 2024–Communications leader New Horizon Communications (NHC) has been recognized for its industry-wide achievements in telecommunications and the channel by ChannelVision Magazine, as part of the 2024 Visionary Spotlight Awards (VSAs).

This annual competition, which is hosted by ChannelVision, was created to highlight both service provider and channel innovation within communications by spotlighting outstanding products, services, deployments and programs across numerous categories.

NHC, THE Communications Stack Provider has been recognized as top of the class for:

  • Best Customer Service 2024, for its unique ability to research services and serve as a “hotline” for resolving customer issues, plus everything in between.
  • Best Service Delivery Team 2024, for lending hosted PBX and network services to a company that was devastated by a fire, getting them back up and running in under 48 hours.
  • Channel Program of the Year 2024, which operates as a beacon among communications providers that work exclusively through partners, since 2002.
  • Multi-location Deployments, for its role in delivering STACK solutions, project management and hands-on provisioning on demand.

Nominations were reviewed by a panel composed of editors from Beka Business Media (ChannelVision parent company) and judges from independent industry resources. Evaluation criteria included overall innovation, future industry impact, creativity, feature set differentiation, ease of use and interoperability.

The winners, Beka president, CEO and group publisher Berge Kaprelian noted, exemplify innovation within the communications industry.
