NinjaOne Expands Automated Endpoint Management Platform

NinjaOne has expanded its automated endpoint management platform with NinjaOne. The natively integrated, remote access solution is designed to improve security for businesses and provide IT teams and MSPs with reliable, secure control over endpoints no matter their location, the company said.

The solution is built on a security-first architecture that meets FedRAMP moderate, GovRamp, SOC 2 Type II and III, and ISO 27001 standards—aligned with GDPR, CCPA, NIS 2 and HIPAA, officials said.

NinjaOne Remote offers remote access for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS devices at scale. Among its features is the ability for technicians to quickly connect to devices and access troubleshooting tools. In addition, technicians can run unlimited simultaneous sessions across managed devices, while also resolving issues, applying updates or silently performing maintenance without disrupting the end user, the company said.

NinjaOne Remote also has advanced encryption, access controls and session logging, along with features like automatic clipboard deletion and system lock at session end to protect sensitive data.

“We’ve seen firsthand how frustrating traditional remote tools can be for organizations—slow to connect, unnecessarily complicated, unstable and generally unreliable,” said Rahul Hirani, chief product officer at NinjaOne. “NinjaOne Remote is designed to empower IT teams and MSPs to move faster, solve problems more efficiently and deliver a better support experience.”
