The NUSO Connect Recorder now comes pre-installed as an integrated recording solution for customers who purchase Ribbon Communications’ Edge 8000 Series Session Border Controllers (SBCs), eliminating setup and downloads. The product is targeted at banking, healthcare, legal and other industries that require secure and compliant voice recording.
The Edge 8000 Series offers enhanced capacity, interoperability and multitenant capabilities from Ribbon’s 2000 Series. The cloud-ready system was designed for businesses migrating to modern communications ecosystems, the company said. The integrated NUSO Connect Recorder adds certified call recording (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, more); end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls; real-time analytics, auditing and compliance-ready storage; and multi-environment support.
Ribbon’s SBC portfolio, including the 8000 Series, is available worldwide through Gamma Communications.
