RapidScale has added Michelle Heryford to its team as partner experience manager for the Northwest region.
Heryford will be responsible for partner development, sales enablement, and solution selling alongside her sales partners in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. She reports to Mark Szotkowski, chief strategy officer and head of channel sales in the West.
Heryford expects to make an immediate impact. By understanding the IT leader’s challenges with security and compliance, and how both play into IT productivity from the managed cloud, Heryford excels by educating trusted advisors on how to provide optimal cloud solutions to customers by aligning advanced technology solutions with business needs.
