Phone call answer rates continue to plummet, and it’s understandable. Even when dialing existing customers, your call can show up as Scam Likely or with no label at all. Worse, “your” call could be from fraudsters spoofing your number. Why should anyone risk answering? And if your customers have call or contact centers, they’re feeling the frustration on multiple levels!
The telecom industry has created several caller ID solutions over the years and some even help, but none has been foolproof—until now.
Branded Calling ID™ (BCID) is the only industry-led, standards-based Rich Call Data ecosystem engineered to be secure-by-design from start to finish. It begins with a rigorous caller registration process and ends with verification of who’s calling in the caller ID screen, including the caller’s logo.
In this presentation you’ll learn about the advantages of branded calling ID and what sets it apart, including:
- What the registration process looks like
- The background data required for a business to qualify
- How the data is reviewed and confirmed, and by whom
- Where your call goes from there, and how BCID makes it spoof proof
- How customers know they can actually trust it’s you this time
Branded calling ID is the only option that’s vetted, verified, and end-to-end secure. If you rely on calling—or your customers do—this webinar is critical. Register now to get your calling stats back on track!
Speaker Bio:
Co-founder and CTO Michael Tindall has led the product development and engineering teams at Commio since 2009.
Michael’s career started while attending Clemson University in 1998, when he co-founded Tsoft Solutions—a tech company that provided networking services to off-campus locations. Tsoft was purchased by ClearSky Networks, hiring him as the Network Operations Manager, where he designed and implemented their back-office systems and network topology. In 2003, he built and ran Support for US Networks. Recognizing his talent, bandwidth.com hired Michael in 2005 as Director of Network Services and Sales Engineering until he was approached by a coworker about building a cloud-based routing system. The rest is history.
Michael holds a B.S. from Clemson, is a “40 under 40” winner, and one of only 18 OpenSIPS Certified professionals worldwide. As someone who’s spent a career dealing with the issues around fraudulent calling, he’s super excited about the capabilities of BCID.
