Riverbed Creates Riverbed ONE Partner Program

AI observability technology provider Riverbed launched Riverbed ONE, a new program to help partners succeed in meeting the customer technology need. The launch coincides with the new, AI-powered Unified Observability platform and solutions, for optimizing digital experiences and improve IT efficiency.

The program is aligned to Riverbed’s go-to-market sales strategy, which focuses on collaborating with partners to drive expansion and penetration in Riverbed’s enterprise market, develop new business in the mid-market space and offer new, AI-driven technology and flexible consumption models tied to annual recurring revenue growth.

Riverbed streamlined its new partner program by removing partner levels and dividends, instead introducing a simpler structure with benefits based on capabilities to drive specific activities and improve customer outcomes. Riverbed ONE rewards more consumption models with the expansion of its managed services offerings, new marketplaces and mid-market opportunities. The program also offers additional sales incentives, training and enablement to encourage AI-driven solutions adoption and program investments.
