Cybersecurity firm Secureworks announced its participation in the 2021 Black Hat USA conference. Secureworks will showcase its cloud-based products and services for specifically helping organizations strengthen security posture and defend against advanced threats.
Of note, Secureworks will demonstrate:
- Leveraging Taegis Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and Taegis Vulnerability Detection and Response (VDR) to “fortify attack surface and combat threats across IT infrastructure.”
- A free Adversary Software Coverage (ASC) tool for helping security operations professionals interactively explore Taegis XDR coverage and countermeasures map, to the specific MITRE ATT&CK tactics, techniques and procedures.

The 24th annual Black Hat USA 2021 will include four days of Virtual Training (July 31-August 3) conducted in real-time online, with all instructors accessible throughout each class. The two-day main conference (August 4-5) featuring Briefings, Arsenal, Business Hall, and more will be a hybrid event—offering both a Virtual (online) Event and a Live, In-Person Event in Las Vegas.
