Senhasegura Opens Texas Center of Excellence to Support PAM

Senhasegura, a provider of privileged access management (PAM) solutions, has opened a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Austin, Texas. Senhasegura’s Centers of Excellence are specialized technical and support hubs that deliver the company’s signature level of customer and partner service worldwide.

The Austin Center of Excellence will provide technical training, service and support for the company’s growing network of North American channel partners and end users. It joins the company’s existing center in São Paulo, with additional hubs opening this year in Germany and Saudi Arabia.

Customer service is one of Senhasegura’s competitive differentiators, with the company’s responsiveness and commitment recognized by customers worldwide. According to the company’s co-founder and co-CEO Marcus Scharra, “Senhasegura is fiercely committed to providing an exceptional customer experience for our channel partners and end users. The company’s Austin Center of Excellence is a milestone in supporting its network of committed channel partners. The new center serves three specialized functions:

  • sales and pre-sales support center for North American channel partners
  • training and certification center for customers and channel partners
  • customer support and success center with local support for enterprise customers
