Western Canada’s Shaw Communications has launched SmartVoice, a BroadWorks-powered unified communications (UC) solution.
With a broad range of telephony and UC services, including instant messaging and presence, video calling, desktop sharing and advanced voice features, Shaw Business’ SmartVoice leverages BroadSoft’s UC-One platform to give small- and medium-sized business (SMB) clients a cloud-based solution.
