sipIQ, a premier unified communications as a service (UCaaS) provider in the United States rollout two new products at CVxEXPO23, beginning Tuesday and running Thursday, at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The product is sipIQ’s hosted Phone System Emergency Backup (PSEB). Corporate phone systems do not always remain operational in outages, disasters, or other emergencies. sipIQ’s PSEB product automatically takes over in the event of an outage.
Callers hear the IVR they are accustomed to, and calls are routed to predefined options such as voice mail in the cloud, voice mail to e-mail, cell phones or PC-based softphones.
PSEB is a reliable, automatic solution for companies to stay connected with their customers during an emergency. PSEB is a great product for channel partners to add to their portfolio.
sipIQ also announced that in addition to its metered SIP Trunking product it offers an unlimited SIP Trunking option. With PRI, SIP or POTS hand off, and an optional smart edge controller for added security, sipIQ’s SIP Trunking product is on the cutting edge of SIP offerings.
All three of sipIQ’s products, UCaaS, phone system emergency backup (PSEB) and unlimited SIP Trunking, pay the highest partner commissions in the industry.
Attendees of CVx are encouraged to meet with the sipIQ team at booth 1010 on the exhibit floor.
