SkySwitch hosted the inaugural meeting of the Cloud Voice Alliance (CVA) in Orlando this week at Vectors 2019, SkySwitch’s annual user group conference.
The CVA provides its members with the tools, technology, buying power and industry visibility they need to be more successful in the fast-growing UCaaS market.
Between the technology and flexibility available from a local MSP or reseller, which is often superior to that of the large companies, businesses requiring these services need to become aware that local options exist. The CVA was created to fix this problem.
CVA membership is open to any provider of cloud voice services in North America. The annual dues are based on the specific member services being sought by the service provider, available at various tiers.
