IP endpoint and communications company snom technology AG has announced its Americas Gold and Platinum Partners for 2013, selected according to sales volume and levels of committed support to end users.
Novus is one of only eight distributors worldwide to achieve Platinum Partner status and the only one in North America. ABP International and TeleDynamics were named Gold Partners for the second year, and are two of only seven Gold Partners globally.
“We award Platinum and Gold partner status to recognize the hard work our partners contribute in pushing our products through their sales channels,” said Michael Knieling, executive director of snom technology. “All of our Platinum and Gold partners had a successful year selling snom’s products, and we appreciate the opportunity to thank and reward them through our Partner Program. But these status designations aren’t based on sales alone. These distributors also offer excellent customer support and display a thorough knowledge of the snom product portfolio. They routinely go above-and-beyond simply selling our products.”
The award will translate into greater channel advertising support from snom. And Platinum Partner activities will include joint marketing campaigns, additional sales activity and inclusion in the snom Certified Engineer program.
snom has three levels of distributors – Platinum, Gold and Official – in its partner program. The program is anchored by snom’s distributor partners, who provide mission-critical, on-the-ground sales support and distribution of snom products to snom Certified VAR partners – a growing network of highly-trained telecom resellers and interconnect, IT services and managed IT service providers in the Americas.
