Voice AI provider SoundHound AI Inc. has partnered with AVANT Communications, a national TSD offering an IT decision-making platform. The relationship will enable AVANT’s network of trusted advisors to offer customers SoundHound’s Amelia 7.0 AI agent and Autonomics platforms, which are designed to automate customer service and business operations at scale.
The collaboration is expected to accelerate the adoption of SoundHound’s technology across multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, retail and health care, the companies said.

The Amelia platform is designed to handle complex customer interactions by coordinating multiple specialized AI agents to manage inquiries, perform specific functions and resolve issues via voice and text without human assistance. The platform’s AI agents are equipped with automatic speech recognition as well as the reasoning and planning skills of large language models, though businesses can define the specific knowledge and functions the agents need to respond appropriately, SoundHound officials said.
Amelia 7.0 also offers access to a library of business-ready presets that allow users to build AI agents that automate tasks like password resets and reorders.
SoundHound’s Autonomics platform is an end-to-end, enterprise operations platform that automates IT processes.
