Tailwind Capital’s Diversified portfolio company announced the acquisition of HB Communications, an A/V (audio/visual) integration firm.
HB’s complementary solutions portfolio includes audio visual, broadcast, collaboration, creative services, digital signage and managed services. The assets are expected to enhance Diversified’s offerings set, in addition to providing support to address a “growing and changing marketplace.” Diversified will also gain access to HB clients in higher education and corporate enterprise.
The transaction is Diversified’s 12th under the Tailwind umbrella.
