Talkdesk, a provider of AI-powered CX technology for enterprises, entered into a collaboration with Cognizant to accelerate AI-powered CX transformation.
This initiative will combine Cognizant deep consulting, technology modernization and industry expertise with the Talkdesk vertical industry clouds and AI-powered CCaaS, thus expanding enterprise adoption of AI-led CX.
The relationship offers both companies’ customer bases access to CX solutions, improved services and innovative AI offerings. The joint approach will accelerate Talkdesk recognition and growth with large enterprise organizations while also supporting Cognizant’s goal of increasing its CX footprint, worldwide.
Talkdesk offers GenAI technology for the contact center, as well as a robust suite of integrated CX applications and products tailored to specific use cases, including for industries such as healthcare, financial services and retail. In recent weeks, the company introduced several GenAI innovations for CX, including Talkdesk Ascend Connect, Autopilot for Banking, Autopilot for Retail and Autopilot for Healthcare.
