TBI added two new vendors to its portfolio in January, Hosting.com and nexVortex.
These companies provide TBI partners with new sets of solutions, as well as additional resources for end-user engagement. As always, TBI’s solution engineers are accessible to help all selling partners confidently position, design and implement the new portfolio additions.
• Hosting.com offers a deep selection of cloud services for end users to select from, with a high concentration of enterprise-grade monitoring and management solutions. They offer different tiers of service agreement to accommodate customers based on their existing IT assets. Hosting.com has been in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Cloud Hosting for the past four years.
• nexVortex is a SIP focused solution provider that offers customers and channel partners a customized SIP experience. Partners can manage SIP via the nexVortex portal on behalf of their customers, or end users themselves can gain access to the real-time information and change capabilities.
TBI maintains a portfolio of voice, internet, data, mobility, cloud and managed services accompanied by back-office sales and support resources that enable reseller partners to conduct more effective sales and customer engagement.
