Telinta Adds Multi-Language Interface for Brandable Desktop Softphones and WebRTC

Telinta has added a multi-language interface to its brandable Desktop Softphone and WebRTC solutions.

Telinta’s brandable Desktop Softphone and WebRTC solutions are currently available with default language choices including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Ukrainian.  Additional languages are available upon request. Users can now select their preferred language from an easy-to-use menu within the softphone.

Desktop Softphone and WebRTC are part of Telinta’s family of brandable softphones, which all can be used in multiple languages. Telinta’s Mobile Softphone also enables end users to select a preferred language, and can automatically detect the default language of the user’s device, including both phones and tablets.

Telinta’s brandable softphones support attended and unattended transfers and include busy lamp fields (BLFs), operator panels, PBX extension lists, user status displays and more.  They can also be customized with logos, promotional text, clickable URLs, payment screens for credit cards and PayPal and more.

Telinta customers can use softphones to complement their hosted PBX, UCaaS and other telecom services, or offer softphones as a stand-alone service for cost-effective VoIP calling.

Telinta’s Desktop Softphone is a brandable application for Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. The company’s WebRTC solution is easily accessed via a brandable portal using any browser, without installing any software. Its Mobile Softphone supports both Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded by end users for free from both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

The company also offers special promotions for customers interested in multiple softphone solutions.

“We realize how important multi-language solutions are for Telinta customers to win and retain attractive international callers,” said Alex Ferdman, Telinta CEO.  “We offer the tools for ITSPs to offer a complete suite of brandable telecom services to help them compete and win in the marketplace.

In addition to multi-language softphones, Telinta offers multi-language brandable self-care portals, multi-language IVR greetings and prompts. Telinta enables telecom service providers to do business in any currency they need, as many as they need.  All of Telinta’s white label solutions are fully integrated with its real-time billing and cloud-based switching. Telinta offers 24×7 technical support, every day of the year, plus comprehensive training.
