ThreatLocker, a global provider of Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions, announced that its full suite of products has been awarded TX-RAMP Level 2 Certification from the Texas Department of Information Resources.
This certification is confirmation that ThreatLocker meets the security and compliance standards required for handling confidential and regulated data and gives Texas state agencies, schools and higher-education institutions full authorization to deploy the platform to help prevent ransomware, enforce least privilege and protect sensitive information with Zero Trust security, company officials said.
“Achieving TX-RAMP Level 2 shows our commitment to delivering the best security products as well as following the best security practices ourselves. It leverages our ongoing FedRAMP efforts and makes the full ThreatLocker suite available to government entities across Texas,” said Danny Jenkins, co-founder and CEO of ThreatLocker. “Agencies can now adopt ThreatLocker with full confidence knowing it aligns with the state’s highest security requirements.”
The certification covers the full ThreatLocker Zero Trust Protection Platform including Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing, Network Control, Web Control, Patch Management and more.
